  Private patient with newbridge dental practice for months and was told by Helen Baker (the hygienist) I had gingivitis (gum disease). Relocated to Cardiff and became an NHS patient with a different practice, this is now dentist was 100% certain I had no gum disease. Newbridge Dental Practice only care about your money.

  Looks like the 5* review on here was done by the practice the way it is written. This is not a family dentist MONEY is an issue here and thus practice keep pushing the dental cleaning especially if you are on the NHS. They say you have gum disease, but when you go to another dentist they say there is nothing wrong with your gums. Its fraudulent use of NHS money, just like their 5* review!!! Mr Smart has previously been really rude to me in front of my Middle school daughter during her appointment. Today he wanted me to confirm which teeth the orthodontist wanted him to remove from my daughters mouth in her appointment, stressing her out that she was going to have the wrong ones taken out !!!! I said he should check his notes from the hospital letter and I was not qualified to confirm the treatment she required. Cant wait to find a professional family orientated dentist. I think an NHS complaint is in order for this dentist for lack of professionalism.

  have to disagree with the review below , any dentist will have a cancellation policy and procedure to follow (I run a small local business and know how annoying it is when customers either cancel last minite or not at all-leaving me with a slot I could have filled 5 times over) any way - I find bridge dental newbridge very helpful , polite , friendly and caring, and would recommend to any one
